All products manufactured and sold by Five Lakes Tackle are intended solely for recreational fishing purposes. By purchasing and/or using any Five Lakes Tackle product, you acknowledge that fishing and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, equipment damage, or death.

Five Lakes Tackle shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, alteration, negligence, failure to follow instructions, or use in a manner inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.

Product Safety Warning

Fishing lures and tackle products contain sharp hooks and small components that may cause injury or present a choking hazard.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Handle with care at all times.

  • Use appropriate protective measures when handling or storing tackle.

Assumption of Risk

By using Five Lakes Tackle products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with fishing activities, including but not limited to hook-related injuries, casting accidents, line failure, water hazards, weather conditions, and interactions with wildlife.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Lakes Tackle disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. In no event shall Five Lakes Tackle’s total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Five Lakes Tackle is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
